2) Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer through the Website, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.
3) Product/Price/Payment Information
Product name/quantity, unit price, total amount, shipping cost (if any), and payment method are displayed on the cart/checkout screen and in the order summary.
4) Delivery
Shipping time: Within 3 business days at the latest
Contracted cargo company: May vary.

5) Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date.

6) Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in cases specified by law (e.g., products produced specifically for the individual, perishable products, products with opened packaging due to hygiene reasons, etc.). Details are provided on the "Return/Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy" page.
7) Invoice
Invoices for orders are issued as e-Invoice/e-Archive. They may be sent with the product and/or via email.
8) Dispute Resolution
The avenues for application to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are reserved. For disputes within the scope of Article 73/A of the Law, pre-litigation mediation is mandatory.
9) Effectiveness
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read this agreement and the Preliminary Information when placing an order through the Website. The agreement is deemed to be established upon confirmation of the order.
