The order is completed via the steps: product selection → cart → delivery/address → payment → “Confirm Order / Complete Payment”.
The total amount and order conditions are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

The User agrees to use the Site in a lawful manner; not to provide false/misleading information; and to refrain from actions that disrupt the operation of the Site.

8) Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from consumer transactions, the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved. In disputes falling under Article 73/A of the Law, pre-litigation mediation is mandatory.
