1) General

This policy explains the return, withdrawal, and cancellation processes for products purchased through the Site. The consumer's rights arising from mandatory legislation are reserved.

2) Right of Withdrawal Period (14 Days)

The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason and without incurring any penalty.

3) How to Submit a Withdrawal Request?

4) Product Return Period

After the withdrawal notification, the product must be returned within the period stipulated by law (generally 10 days). The seller's offer to collect the product themselves is reserved.

5) Return Shipping Cost

When exercising the right of withdrawal;

– If the return is made using the carrier specified by the seller for returns, the consumer cannot be held responsible for the return costs.

– If the seller has not specified a carrier for returns, return costs cannot be demanded from the consumer.

Note: If the specified carrier does not have a branch where the consumer is located, the seller will ensure the product is collected from the consumer without demanding additional costs.

7) Refund

The amounts collected will be refunded within the legal periods (generally 14 days) from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the seller;

in a manner appropriate to the payment method used by the consumer during purchase, and without imposing any cost on the consumer.

8) Product Condition / Packaging

It is recommended to return the product, if possible, with its original packaging, accessories, and any gifts. If the product is damaged in a manner contrary to the instructions for use, an assessment will be made within the framework of the legislation.

9) Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised (Summary)

In some cases specified in the legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. Examples:

– Products custom-made according to the consumer's requests

– Products that are perishable / may expire quickly

– Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

– Products that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated

– Digital content/services that are performed instantly (under the conditions specified in the legislation)

10) Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

If a cancellation request is submitted before the order is shipped, it will be cancelled as appropriate and the refund process will be initiated.

After shipping, the process will be carried out according to the provisions of withdrawal/return.

11) Defective/Damaged/Missing Product

If there is damage/shortage upon delivery, it is recommended to have a report prepared by the cargo officer at the time of delivery if possible, and to contact us without delay.
